Afghanistan going to meet Bangladesh for their first ODI at Sharjah today.

They are going to meet in Sharjah today for the first of three ODIs. The conditions there are a bit more familiar for them compared to Bangladesh.

Bangladesh last played here in 1995 in the Asia Cup, and didn’t have much exposure to international cricket then, failed to make any mark here. As the Afghanis are having more and more exposure from the word go . They also achieved relatively more and had a better run at these UAE venues, especially Sharjah. Afghans beat South Africa(SA) here in an ODI back in September. Against which (SA) Bangladesh was out performed in the two tests , in Dhaka and Chittagong.
